Most of our onsite programs can be delivered in a 5 day, 3-day, and a two-day formats. We can also present shorter lunch-and-learns extracted from our longer sessions.
Onsite training is ideal for addressing skills gaps identified by the client organization or serving as a course option for a client’s open-enrollment training program.
All programs have preliminary participant questions that we can provide to the participants before the training session. Depending on the course, they are asked to submit responses to the course facilitator before the session or to answer the questions at the beginning of the class. These responses help us determine what issues are most important to those attending the session and to confirm what we’ve been told by the project contact.
